What is the typical response time?
Our customer service team operates from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. We strive to respond to emails within four hours during these hours. Emails received outside of our operating hours will be attended to promptly on the following working day. Your inquiries are important to us, and we aim to provide timely assistance to ensure your satisfaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additionally we accept payments through Shop Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product you've ordered. Generally, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. in this case, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days for UK addresses. However, certain products are manufactured upon your order therefore the delivery could be up to 14 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status if it is eligible for tracking. This depends on the product purchased and the carrier used.
Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within the UK for now. Sign up to our mailing list to get updates on where we open next!
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Who covers the cost of your return?
Bark and Company is unable to cover the cost of return postage for national orders. Therefore, customers are responsible for all expenses associated with the return and restocking fee of their orders.
